The Bible can bring hope to those who are sick or in need of comfort, and it can also bring meaning into everyday occurrences like household chores and schoolwork. Along with reading the Bible piece by piece (such as in the daily devotional Bibles), it can be helpful for Christians to read some of the many inspirational Biblical scriptures daily, so that they can feel the uplifting voice of God.

To find the best Biblical scriptures for your situation, there are many different resources you can use. Christian bookstores and other chain booksellers often have books of inspirational scriptures that have been published to make finding your favorite verse easy. Other books are meant to be used as companions to the Bible itself, so that you can more easily sort through the scriptures to find your inspirational quote.

Finally, the Internet is a wealth of resources for Biblical quotes. Some of the best websites have inspirational Biblical scriptures and quotes sorted by meaning and theme. That way, you can easily find the inspiration and sentiment you're looking for.

For example, here is a quote from the love section of one of these inspirational sites. "For, brethren, ye have been called unto liberty; only use not liberty for an occasion to the flesh, but by love serve one another. For all the law is fulfilled in one word, even in this; Thou shalt love thy neighbor as thyself."(Galatians 5:13-14)

This quote also fills this need: "This is my commandment, That ye love one another, as I have loved you. Greater love hath no man than this, that a man lay down his life for his friends." (John 15:12-13)

Another common theme among scriptures is that of peace. Many quotes deal with this topic, which is extremely important in today's troubled times. "Peace I leave with you, my peace I give unto you: not as the world giveth, give I unto you. Let not your heart be troubled, neither let it be afraid." (John 14:27)

Also, "Those things, which ye have both learned, and received, and heard, and seen in me, do: and the God of peace shall be with you." (Philippians 4:9)

The Bible is a perfect resource for inspiration and reflection that can help Christians in the world today.

A final quote from the scriptures shows this: "For whatsoever things were written aforetime were written for our learning, that we through patience and comfort of the scriptures might have hope." (Romans 15:4)

Reading inspirational Biblical scriptures will help any Christian feel closer to the word of the Lord.
