My favorite inspirational quote is…

I frequently feel overwhelmed - that I have too much to do in not enough time, and that if anything, no matter how reasonable, is added to the load it will be the last straw.

My job can be stressful, but mostly this is just a part of my personality - a tendency to blow things out of proportion. So I quote this to myself pretty frequently. It always makes me smile and calms me down at least a little bit.

This inspirational quote also reminds me that, even though everything really does have to get done, I don't have time for a crisis. I can't make the situation any larger than it already is.
