This music quote, by the bluegrass/folk band Nickel Creek, pretty much sums up the way I feel about teaching - that my students are the 'angels' and that I'm here to help them learn to fly.

Nickel Creek is one of my favorite bands and this song really reached out to me the first time I heard it. There's something heartbreakingly beautiful about the lyrics, which describe letting go, and still being supportive.

The lyrics are touching and the music is beautiful - this is and will always be one of my favorite songs.
